What is the right size envelope for your form?
That’s easy. Just determine the final size of the FOLDED piece you are inserting.
Here’s our simple guide:
4 FOLD –fits into a 4 1/2” X 5”, 4 ½” x 6” and 7 1/2” X 5 1/2” Envelope
3 FOLD – (standard tri-fold) fits into a 5 1/2” X 10”, 9 ½” x 6” and 10 ¾” x 6 ¾” Envelope
1 FOLD – fits into a 6 ½” x 10” and a 7” x 10” an Envelope
NO Folds (flat sheets):
- Standard 8 1/2” X 11” sheet - flat fits into a 91/2” X 12” Envelope -- or a slightly larger 10” X 12” Envelope for easier insert/removal
- Legal Pages - flat fit into 12” X 15” Envelope
- Business Card – fits into 4” X 3” Envelope
